Blackstar Unity Bass 60

The Blackstar Unity 60 1 x 10 Bass Amplifier Combo is a versatile amp for practicing with and gigs, and also boasts a speaker cabinet extension output to turn it into a worthy live rig for larger gigs and performances. Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned pro, the Unity 60 is an affordable workhorse that punches well above its weight and packs in some amazing features such as built in chorus, compression and switchable voicing.

TOP PANEL CONTROLS

To make things nice and simple, the top panel layout is home to everything that need to sculpt and shape your tone. There's an input with switchable gain amount, which means that whether your bass is equipped with active and passive electronics, the amp will readily accommodate it. The accompanying gain knob allows you to attenuate the incoming signal level of your bass with ease.

Moving along, you'll find controls for 3-band equalisation so that you can shape your tone to your liking. In addition to this the Unity 60 presents 3 voicing modes - classic, modern and overdrive, so you are sure to get the sound you need. Going one step further, Blackstar have included a simple chorus and compression circuit meaning you can have professional processed sound without the need for additional pedals.

ADDITIONAL CONNECTIVITY

If you want to get an external audio device involved to jam along to your favourite tracks, or simply practice your chops for the gig, then the Line In jack has you covered. A cab extension XLR output is on hand for easy expansion as is a line out (jack and XLR) for easy DI connectivity to mixers and recording equipment.

Utilising lightweight ply for the enclosure, the amp is easy to manoeuvre and with a heavy-duty carrying handle on top, can be transported from home to rehearsal space to gig venue with minimum effort.
